Corner Cat Canada Purple Bauhinia, a small deciduous tree or shrub.  The canopy is round or spreading, with a compact growth habit, suitable for solitary planting in gardens or for ornamental landscaping.  The leaves are distinctive; new leaves are coppery pink with soft green patches. As the leaves mature, unique white ink-like spots appear, creating a striking contrast with the green areas of the leaves.  Deep pink flowers bloom in spring.
